The Devil’s Royal is our twist on the classic Kir Royal. But you don’t have to be royal to enjoy it!
Aside from being delicious, the best thing about the Devils Royale is how easy it is to make.
The dash of Sloe Gin permeates the bubbles, resulting in a gorgeous cocktail with a hint of berry sweetness. Be sure to pour the liqueur into the glass first, followed by the bubbles, to ensure the ingredients will mix naturally.
A bit more or less sloe gin can fine tune the cocktail to one’s individual taste, turning any glass of bubbly into a special occasion and turning heads at your next party
RECIPE
- Add 25ml of Devil’s Dyke Sloe Gin to a flute.
- Top up with bubbles of your choice
- Garnish with a couple of blackberries.
