Sussex Sloe Gin Liqueur
Rich berries, a little tartness and lovely toffee sweetness. Our Sussex Sloe Gin Liqueur brings together hand-foraged sloes, our Winter Edition London Dry Gin and dark muscovado sugar for a real countryside tipple.
Made at Devil’s Dyke Distillery in Southwick, it’s delicious over ice, lovely with ginger ale and rather moreish in a glass of bubbles!
From the hedgerows to your glass
Our sloe gin starts with getting out into the Sussex countryside and picking those beautiful little berries by hand. There’s a bit of patience involved, a few prickly encounters and plenty of purple fingers along the way!
We steep the sloes in our London Dry Gin for over 12 months, giving them time to release their rich berry flavour. Dark muscovado sugar brings a lovely toffee sweetness, balancing the natural tartness of the fruit.
The result? A fruity, sweet and tart sloe gin with plenty of character.

How to enjoy your sloe gin
You don’t need a cocktail shaker or a cupboard full of ingredients to enjoy this one.
- Over ice: Keep things simple and let those berry flavours do the talking.
- With ginger ale: Pour over plenty of ice and top with ginger ale for a fruity serve with a little warming spice.
- With bubbles: Add a splash to prosecco for an easy celebration drink.
