About this Recipe
As we step into Spring, I start to think about all the lovely cocktails I can enjoy in the garden (still wearing a jumper!).
This wonderfully fresh tipple combines our Pinot Noir gin with other complimentary ingredients that will keep you coming back for more!
Pink lemonade is a great alternative to soda if you cannot get your hand on any, and feel free to swap egg white for Aquafaba if you prefer.
RECIPE
- Grab a cocktail shaker
- Add… 50ml Pinot Noir Gin,
- 15ml raspberry syrup*,
- 15ml lime juice,
- 1 egg white*,
- Shake (without ice),
- Add ice and shake again,
- Strain into a martini glass
- Top up with Pink Soda,
- Garnish with lime zest
*Use Aquafaba or ms betters bitters miraculous foamer as a vegan alternative to egg white.
*To make the raspberry syrup, simply combine 1 part raspberry jam with 2 parts water.
