Say hello to our Sussex spin on a classic White Russian — a wickedly indulgent cocktail that’s creamy, caramel-kissed, and just the right side of naughty.
Built on a base of local Honey Vodka and our Double Shot Coffee Liqueur — lovingly crafted in collaboration with the brilliant Small Batch Coffee Roasters in Portslade — this devilish delight is where artisan espresso meets small-batch spirit magic. A swirl of caramel syrup and a crown of thick cream turn it into pure dessert-in-a-glass decadence.
Perfect for cosy evenings, fireside tipples, or when you want to impress without lifting more than a bar spoon.

Dust with grated nutmeg, shaved chocolate, or even a pinch of sea salt for extra flair.
✨ Ingredients

50ml Devil’s Dyke Honey Vodka 🍯

50ml Double Shot Coffee Liqueur
(a small-batch collab with our friends at Small Batch Coffee Roasters ☕) -
10ml Caramel Syrup 🍬

75ml Thick Cream 🥛
🌀 Method

Fill a rocks glass with ice.

Add Honey Vodka, Coffee Liqueur, and Caramel Syrup.

Gently float the cream over the back of a spoon so it rests on top like a silky cloud.
