Looking for something unforgettable this Valentine’s Day? Step into the sultry world of speakeasies and secret rendezvous as we transform 1731 Bar at The Ferry into an intimate, prohibition-style hideaway for lovers, friends and would-be romantics.

Slip through the doors using your exclusive password, and escape into an evening of candle-lit mixology, irresistible flavours, and beautifully crafted cocktails designed to make sparks fly.

🍸 Stir Up Some Romance

Throughout the night, you’ll get hands-on with a selection of Devil’s Dyke Distillery spirits, mixing, shaking and creating four sensual cocktails inspired by love, allure and indulgence.

We’ll guide you step-by-step through each drink, teaching you new techniques and flavour pairings made to tease the senses. Whether you're coupled up, celebrating Galentine’s, or treating yourself, you’ll leave with newfound cocktail confidence, and recipe cards to recreate the magic back at home.

To complete the evening, The Ferry will be treating guests to a decadent charcuterie board, the perfect pairing for a night of tasting, sipping and savouring together.

Once class is out, the lights dim and the romance continues. Join the Devil’s Dyke team in our secret speakeasy for post-class drinks, spirit tastings, and a little Valentine’s shopping. Explore our range of bottles and cocktail kits — ideal as gifts for your sweetheart (or a treat to yourself). Guests will enjoy an exclusive 10% discount on all orders made on the night.
