We’ve steeped hand-foraged sloe berries from the hedgerows of the South Downs in our London Dry Gin for over four months.

The bitterness of the berries combined with the toffee-sweetness of muscovado dark sugar creates a wonderful wintertime tipple.

Juicy, plump, sweet and tart.
