Pink Elderflower Liqueur

Made using elderflowers handpicked from the distillery’s own black elder plants, botanically known as Sambucus nigra, our Pink Elderflower Liqueur is a vibrant little taste of Sussex summer.

It brings together delicate honeyed sweetness, a bright citrus lift and soft, ripe pear notes, all wrapped up in a beautifully floral liqueur with a gorgeous pink hue.

Every summer, the black elder plants around the distillery burst into bloom. We handpick the flowers from our own garden and use them to create this small-batch liqueur, capturing their delicate floral character while they are at their very best.

It is unmistakably classic elderflower, but with a little more depth, colour and Devil’s Dyke character.

What does it taste like?

Delicate honeyed sweetness comes first, followed by a fresh citrus lift and soft, ripe pear notes.

It is floral without becoming perfumed, sweet without being sickly, and wonderfully smooth with a clean, refreshing finish.

Perfect for spritzes, cocktails or simply pouring over ice.

Pink Hue Go Spritz

Our signature serve for the Pink Elderflower Liqueur.
Light, sparkling and gloriously pink, it is made for sunny afternoons, garden drinks and occasions that deserve something a little special.

Pour the liqueur over plenty of ice, top with chilled pink prosecco and finish with a splash of soda.

You’ll need

50ml Pink Elderflower Liqueur
100ml pink prosecco
A splash of soda
Lemon and mint to garnish

Build in a large wine glass filled with ice, give it a gentle stir and enjoy.

Other ways to enjoy it

• Serve it over ice with tonic for a simple, refreshing long drink.
• Add a generous splash to prosecco or Champagne.
• Mix it with cloudy apple juice and soda.
• Or serve it chilled as a beautifully floral after-dinner liqueur.
