🎩 Prohibition Cocktail Masterclass – Friday 12th December, 6–9pm

Ever wondered what it would be like to slip back into the roaring 1920s? During America’s prohibition era, alcohol was banned and secret drinking dens, known as speakeasies, popped up across the country.

As an exclusive guest at The Ferry’s very own illicit establishment, you’ll be issued a covert password, required for entry on the night as you cross the threshold into our Christmas Cocktail Masterclass!

🍸 What to Expect

Get hands-on with a variety of Devil’s Dyke Distillery spirits—perfectly mixed, shaken, and muddled into your own creations.

Throughout this interactive evening, our team will guide you step-by-step through the art of mixology. You’ll learn new techniques, discover which ingredients complement each other, and understand the "why" behind every great drink.

To celebrate the season, each of the four cocktails will have a festive twist—perfect for recreating at home with friends and family. And yes, you’ll receive exclusive take-home recipe cards... just don’t tell anyone where you learnt them, remember, it’s still illegal in 1920!

To keep you fuelled, the amazing team at The Ferry will also be serving up a delicious charcuterie board during the class (trust us, you’re in for a treat!).

Once class wraps up, you're invited to linger a while in secret with the Devil’s Dyke team. Sample our range of spirits, chat with the makers, and browse a selection of cocktail kits and bottles—ideal for Christmas gifts (or yourself!). On the night, enjoy an exclusive 10% discount on all orders.
